光電功能材料研究團隊

團隊負責人:

曹永革,教授,松山湖材料實驗室透明陶瓷團隊負責人,廣東省珠江團隊帶頭人,原中國人民大學教授,中科院“百人計劃”終期優秀獲得者、國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃重點支持項目負責人,863項目負責人。發表論文150餘篇,引用3300餘次。授權專利37項,轉化專利11項,轉化産值5億元。

團隊成員:

1. 呂偉,副研究員,主要從事發光材料及納米多功能發光材料的研發、設計與應用。目前擔任國内核心期刊發光學報(EI)青年編委。以項目負責人身份承擔國家自然科學青年基金1項、省自然科學基金面上基金1項。累計發表SCI論文74篇,其中以第一及通信作者在Chem.Comm、J. Mater. Chem.C、Inorg Chem等國際知名雜志上發表SCI論文30餘篇。郵箱:wlv@dgut.edu.cn,地址:瑞鷹國際創新園7号樓1層。

科研方向:

1. 光功能透明陶瓷應用研究:從核心設備到材料工藝的自主研制,制備出大尺寸光學品質達到單晶水平的激光透明陶瓷,原創透明陶瓷技術成果實現轉化,通過中科院成果鑒定,院士專家一緻認為“整體技術國内外領先”,技術轉移轉化創造産值5億元。變革性地利用透明陶瓷熒光體替代傳統熒光粉封裝LED,突破了LED領域的國際專利限制,實現國内外白光LED封裝最高光效,建成國内外第一條透明陶瓷熒光體生産線。

2. 高品質量子點的開發與應用研究:量子點作為新興的納米材料,具備制備成本低、尺寸小、低毒、水溶性好、易修飾、光物理性質獨特等諸多優點,在發光與照明、醫學影像、光熱、光動力治療等領域展現了獨有的優勢和應用前景。研究組通過明确量子點的結構和發光機制,實現量子點的結構設計和可控發光,建立高質量(即尺寸均勻、結晶度高、分散性好、半峰寬窄、熒光量子産率高)量子點的合成條件和選擇模闆構效關系,并評估了其在生物成像和白光發光二極管(LED)照明兩個領域的應用前景。以量子點為基體材料,通過偶聯、摻雜或共載的方式引入其他成像功能模塊,如引入Gd、Mn、Lu、64Cu等離子,構建空間布局合理和結構穩定的多功能材料。

3. 新型發光材料的開發與應用研究。本方向主要開展LED用新型發光材料與納米發光材料的制備與應用研究。探索和發現新材料及其制備方法,對新型稀土納/微米材料的可控合成、發光特性和表面功能化進行深入研究,深化稀土發光材料調控機理研究,提升材料發光性能,為其在照明、顯示等領域的應用提供可靠保障。
